CONFERENCE OF OFFICIALS, PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, AND WORKERS OF THE FACULTY OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FOR THE 2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Faculty of Business Administration at the Vietnam Aerospace University recently held its Conference of Officials, Public Employees, and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year. The conference provided an opportunity for the Faculty to review its achievements during the 2025–2026 academic year and discuss and agree upon its priorities for the new academic year.

 

The conference was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Co Tan Anh Vu, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Aviation Academy, together with all officials, lecturers, staff members, and employees of the Faculty of Business Administration.

The Presidium consisted of:

  • Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Le – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration;
  • Dr. Do Uyen Tam – Chairperson of the Faculty’s Trade Union.

Ms. Phan Thi Hoan, a member of the Faculty’s Trade Union Executive Committee, was elected Secretary of the conference.

At the conference, Dr. Nguyen Thi Cam Le presented a comprehensive report reviewing the Faculty’s performance during the 2025–2026 academic year and outlining its key priorities and tasks for the 2026–2027 academic year. The report focused on management, teaching and learning, scientific research, and the Faculty’s development orientations for the coming period.

 

Ms. Do Uyen Tam subsequently presented a report on the implementation of the Resolution adopted at the Faculty’s Conference of Officials, Public Employees, and Workers for the 2025–2026 academic year, together with the Trade Union’s key tasks for the 2026–2027 academic year.

In a democratic, responsible, and constructive spirit, the Faculty’s officials, lecturers, staff members, and employees actively discussed the reports and proposed solutions to enhance the quality of management, education, scientific research, and working practices. The conference also considered the University’s draft regulations concerning internal expenditure, performance evaluation, professional development for employees, workplace culture and conduct, grassroots democracy, salary policies, leave entitlements, and emulation and commendation activities.

The conference agreed on the delegation representing the Faculty of Business Administration at the University-level Conference of Officials, Public Employees, and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year. The conference resolution was also adopted with a high level of consensus.

Following the conference, the Faculty’s Trade Union held a ceremony to present union membership admission decisions to four new members:

  • Mr. Luu Ngoc Ky;
  • Mr. Dinh Quang Toan;
  • Ms. Phan Thi Lieu;
  • Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hai.

On the same occasion, the Faculty’s Trade Union organized a birthday celebration for union members whose birthdays fall within the month. The celebration took place in a warm and joyful atmosphere, reflecting the Trade Union’s care for the well-being of its members and further strengthening solidarity and connection within the Faculty.

 

The Conference of Officials, Public Employees, and Workers for the 2026–2027 academic year was conducted in a serious and democratic manner and concluded successfully. The decisions reached at the conference provide an important foundation for the Faculty of Business Administration to further strengthen solidarity, innovation, and responsibility, successfully fulfil its duties in the new academic year, and contribute positively to the continued development of the Vietnam Aerospace University.
