GREEN SUMMER 2026: CENTRAL YOUTH UNION SECRETARY VISITS AND ENCOURAGES VIETNAM AVIATION ACADEMY VOLUNTEERS IN TAN BIEN COMMUNE, TAY NINH PROVINCE

Within the framework of the Green Summer Volunteer Campaign 2026, the volunteer squad from the Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) deployed in Tan Biên Commune, Tay Ninh Province, had the honor of welcoming a working delegation from the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the Youth Department of the People’s Public Security, and the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union. The delegation visited, encouraged, and presented meaningful gifts to empower the volunteers on the campaign front.

The delegation included Comrade Nguyen Kim Quy – Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Standing Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation; Comrade Nguyen Quoc Huy – Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Youth Union Affairs Department of the Central Youth Union; Major General Ngo Hoai Thu – Deputy Director of the Department of Political Affairs, Ministry of Public Security; Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dong Duc Vu – Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Youth Union, Head of the Youth Department of the People’s Public Security; Comrade Tran Hai Phu – Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union; alongside representatives of partnering units.

During the meeting, the delegation leaders directly inquired about daily living conditions, accommodations, health status, and the progress of the campaign’s initiatives. The delegation acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility, initiative, enthusiasm, and practical contributions of VAA youth in community service, especially youth projects aimed at new rural development, social welfare, and supporting local communities in the border region.

In a warm and close atmosphere, the leaders listened to updates from the Campaign Steering Committee and volunteers regarding grassroots operations, offering words of encouragement for the volunteers to continue championing a vanguard spirit, unity, and creativity to fulfill all set goals and spread the noble values of the youth volunteer movement.

On this occasion, the delegation presented meaningful gifts to the VAA Green Summer volunteer squad. Beyond practical material support, the gesture served as an immense spiritual boost, renewing faith, resolve, and motivation for the volunteers to overcome difficulties and effectively execute community-centered youth initiatives.

The attentive care from leaders of the Central Youth Union, the Youth Department of the People’s Public Security, and the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union serves as valuable encouragement for all VAA Green Summer volunteers. It also stands as recognition of the Academy youth’s efforts to uphold their pioneering, voluntary role, dedicating their youthful energy to regional development—particularly in challenging border areas.

The VAA Green Summer Campaign 2026 continues with practical initiatives in Tan Bien Commune, Tay Ninh Province, including youth construction works, children’s welfare activities, digital transformation communication, environmental protection, and community support. Embracing the motto “Soaring with Ambition, Spreading Vanguard Wings,” each blue-shirted volunteer from the Vietnam Aviation Academy is contributing to the enduring legacy of youth volunteerism, projecting the image of dynamic, responsible, and dedicated students.
