FACULTY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES PARTICIPATES IN A FIELD VISIT TO THE VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS EXHIBITION VILOG 2026
On August 1, 2026, lecturers and students from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Vietnam Aviation Academy, participated in a field trip and experiential learning visit to the Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2026 (VILOG 2026), held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).
VILOG 2026 was organized in line with the educational approach of connecting academic learning with practical experience, under the theme “Green Logistics – The Foundation for Sustainable Development.” The event provided students with opportunities to explore emerging trends in the logistics sector in a professional and international environment.
As part of the program, students from the Faculty of Foreign Languages attended several notable professional activities. In the morning, the delegation participated in the seminar “Smart & Green Logistics: From Trends to Practical Competitiveness,” gaining insights into smart and green logistics as well as the growing demands for competitiveness in the context of sustainable development. In the afternoon, students attended the China–Vietnam Air Logistics Networking Conference, which provided further opportunities to explore air logistics and broaden their perspectives on cooperation in the sector.
In addition to gaining practical knowledge of logistics and aviation, the field trip provided an environment for students to apply and develop their specialized foreign language skills. Through observing, engaging in discussions and interviews, and collecting and analyzing information at the event, students had the opportunity to strengthen essential skills for their academic studies, research activities, and future careers.
The VILOG 2026 field trip was one of the Faculty of Foreign Languages’ practical learning activities aimed at strengthening the connection between classroom knowledge and professional requirements. The activity also contributed to developing students’ research-oriented thinking and providing them with practical experience to support their coursework, scientific research activities, and graduation theses.
