48 high-quality personnel join the Vietnam Aviation Academy in 2025

On the afternoon of July 3, 2025, the Vietnam Aviation Academy held its 2025 New Staff Integration Program, officially welcoming 48 outstanding professionals to its team. The event marked a significant milestone in the Academy’s strategy to strengthen its high-quality human resources, aiming to elevate training, research, and international integration efforts.

The event was attended by the Academy’s Board of Directors, heads of affiliated units, and all newly recruited staff members. Among the 48 new personnel are 6 PhDs, 35 Master’s degree holders, and 7 Bachelor’s degree holders, representing a wide range of key professional fields. This group of young intellectuals brings with them knowledge, experience, and a spirit of innovation—expected to inject new momentum into the Academy’s training and scientific research activities.

The integration program provided comprehensive information on the Academy’s history, mission, strategic orientation, and an introduction to its departments and units.
