On the afternoon of October 4, 2025, at Hall A201, the Vietnam Aviation Academy held the Conference of Delegates of Officials, Lecturers, and Employees for the 2025–2026 academic year. The conference aimed to review the results of the 2023–2024 academic year, present the financial report, discuss internal regulations, and outline key tasks for the new academic year.

Conference of Delegates of Officials, Lecturers, and Employees for the 2025–2026 Academic Year
The conference elected the Presidium, consisting of Dr. Nguyen Thi Hai Hang, Director of the Academy, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Le, Chairwoman of the Academy’s Trade Union. The report showed that the Academy had achieved numerous important goals in training, scientific research, international cooperation, and staff welfare. The Planning and Finance Department presented a transparent and compliant financial report in accordance with regulations.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung – Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union – attended and delivered a directive speech at the Conference.
He commended the Vietnam Aviation Academy for its efforts and achievements, while providing guidance to further enhance the quality of training and research, and to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of employees.


People’s Inspection Committee for the 2025–2027 Term
A key highlight of the Conference was the signing ceremony of the emulation agreement between the Administration and the Trade Union of the Vietnam Aviation Academy for the 2025–2026 academic year. The agreement demonstrates the strong commitment of both sides to close cooperation in pursuing shared goals: building a democratic, disciplined, and innovative working environment; promoting employees’ participation and ownership; and continuously improving the quality of training, research, and the overall well-being of staff and employees.

The Conference Resolution was unanimously adopted by all delegates, affirming the spirit of unity, democracy, innovation, and sustainable development.
