Under the agreement, the two sides will strengthen collaboration in education and training, internships, career experiences, and recruitment, bringing real-world industry requirements closer to the training process. Immediately following the signing ceremony, Sun Group introduced career opportunities in aviation and hospitality services and conducted on-site recruitment interviews for VAA students.

Associate Professor Dr. Trần Hoài An delivers remarks at the event.
Speaking at the event, Associate Professor Dr. Trần Hoài An emphasized that strengthening partnerships with businesses is an important direction for aligning education and training more closely with real-world industry needs. Such collaboration enables students not only to acquire professional knowledge but also to gain firsthand experience in the workplace and develop the capabilities they need before graduation.
The Academy aims to foster a model in which businesses are not merely employers of graduates but also active partners throughout the education, experiential learning, and professional development journey of students.

Sun Group strengthens collaboration with educational institutions to bridge the gap between training and workforce needs.
From the business perspective, representatives of Sun Group noted that the continued development of the aviation, tourism, and services ecosystem is creating growing demand for well-trained professionals with strong skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the workplace. This also provides a strong basis for the Group to strengthen collaboration with educational institutions, helping bridge the gap between academic training and workforce requirements.

VAA Continues to Build Meaningful Industry Connections, Enabling Students to Learn from Real-World Experience and Gradually Prepare for Their Careers
For the Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA), the cooperation agreement with Sun Group marks another step in its commitment to strengthening industry-linked education, expanding opportunities for hands-on experience, and bringing students closer to the labor market. From aviation to tourism and services, and from the classroom to the professional workplace, VAA continues to build meaningful partnerships that enable students to learn from real-world experience and gradually develop the skills and confidence needed to embark on their careers.
