Students majoring in Hospitality Management at the Vietnam Aviation Academy gain hands-on learning experience at Marriott International properties, one of the world’s leading hotel groups, where they are immersed in a real-world hospitality environment.

More than 200 Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA) students took part in immersive learning experiences at Marriott International hotels.

As part of the Hotel Tour program held throughout June, over 200 VAA students visited several Marriott International properties, including Le Méridien Saigon, Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, Vinpearl Landmark 81 – Autograph Collection, JW Marriott – Marriott Residences Grand Marina Saigon, and JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon.

At Marriott International hotels, classroom learning was transformed into real-world practice
Students experienced the day-to-day operations of internationally recognized hotels, explored the functions of the Front Office and other key departments, and practiced essential hospitality skills—including check-in and check-out procedures, restaurant service, housekeeping, guest communication, and service recovery—under the mentorship of industry experts.
VAA students gain hands-on experience in housekeeping operations at an international hotel
What excited the students most was not only the opportunity to step inside world-class five-star hotels and enjoy their exceptional facilities and cuisine, but also to interact with hotel managers, hear inspiring career stories, and gain first-hand insights into the international service standards sought by leading hospitality employers.

Students also enjoyed experiencing the elegant atmosphere and exceptional cuisine of these world-class hotels while learning in a real hospitality environment.

This reflects VAA’s educational philosophy of connecting students with industry from their very first year. Every field trip is more than just a class—it is an opportunity to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and build a competitive edge before graduation.

At VAA, studying Hospitality Management means more than mastering the profession—it means immersing yourself in the real hospitality environment from day one.
