On January 15, 2026, at the Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA), the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM), in coordination with the Academy, held the “VATM – Wings of Dreams” Scholarship Award Ceremony 2025 for students.
VATM awards 18 scholarships to students of the Vietnam Aviation Academy

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of VATM, were Mr. Nguyen Manh Kien – Deputy General Director of the Corporation – along with representatives of relevant professional departments. On the side of the Vietnam Aviation Academy were Assoc. Prof., PhD Tran Hoai An – Secretary of the Academy’s Party Committee – together with faculty members, staff, and the scholarship recipients.
At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof., PhD Tran Hoai An expressed sincere appreciation for VATM’s continued support and partnership, affirming that the cooperation between the two institutions plays an important role in linking education with practice, enabling students to gradually gain access to a professional and modern working environment.


As part of the ceremony, VATM awarded 18 scholarships to students of the Vietnam Aviation Academy.
During the event, VATM presented 18 scholarships with a total value of VND 76 million, including 3 special scholarships, 5 excellent scholarships, and 10 merit scholarships to students of the Academy. The program was a meaningful activity that further affirmed the close cooperation between VATM and the Vietnam Aviation Academy in training and developing human resources for the aviation industry.

Previously, in implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation and the Vietnam Aviation Academy, VATM organized a working delegation to VAA to discuss the status of VATM’s socialized training programs conducted at the Academy. The two sides exchanged views on the progress and quality of the undergraduate program in Air Traffic Management delivered in a work-and-study format, aimed at meeting manpower needs for the Long Thanh Air Traffic Control Tower and the Ho Chi Minh Area Control Center. The delegation also attended classes, met with lecturers, listened to students’ aspirations and concerns, and encouraged them to strive to successfully complete the program and meet the required standards in preparation for future recruitment.
