Award Ceremony of the Preliminary Round of the “Ambassadors of Reading Culture 2025” Contest at Vietnam Aviation Academy
On the afternoon of July 3, 2025, Vietnam Aviation Academy hosted the award ceremony for the preliminary round of the “Ambassadors of Reading Culture 2025” contest in Room A201. This meaningful event was organized in celebration of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21) by the Academy’s Library, Department of Science, Technology & International Cooperation, and Youth Union.
After over two months of promotion and implementation, the contest attracted enthusiastic participation from students across various faculties. Through two competition formats—essay writing and video production—contestants demonstrated creativity, a passion for reading, and their commitment to spreading reading culture among the student community. At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second, Third, and Consolation Prizes, along with participation certificates to candidates who excelled in the preliminary round.
Notably, the First Prize winner will represent the Academy at the upcoming National Final Round organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. More than just an academic competition, this contest serves as a platform to foster a love for reading, cultivate reading habits and skills among youth, and inspire a broader reading movement. By doing so, it contributes to enhancing knowledge acquisition, creativity, and the development of Vietnamese cultural values and human standards.
