Vietnam Aviation Academy students shine at the International Student Science Forum (ISSF) 2025

“Four students from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Vietnam Aviation Academy have been honored as official delegates representing Vietnam at the International Student Science Forum (ISSF) 2025, held in Ho Chi Minh City. This achievement not only highlights the outstanding academic capabilities of the Academy’s students but also reflects the institution’s dynamic and innovative research environment.

Four Vietnam Aviation Academy students selected as official delegates of Vietnam at ISSF 2025

The International Student Science Forum (ISSF) 2025, themed “Youth Action for a Sustainable Future: Climate Adaptation and Global Challenges”, brings together hundreds of students and experts from around the world. As a prestigious academic platform for young researchers, the forum provides a unique opportunity for cross-border exchange and collaboration.

At ISSF 2025, students from Vietnam Aviation Academy participated with four research projects addressing global issues such as climate change, the impact of social media, digital communication, and youth-led environmental movements.

Among these, two outstanding projects were shortlisted for the final round of direct interviews — a highly competitive stage where participants demonstrated their critical thinking, presentation skills, and academic insight before an international panel of experts.

Dr. Nguyễn Thị Như Điệp, Dean of the Faculty, has played a pivotal role in fostering an academic environment that promotes serious research while inspiring both young lecturers and students to pursue scholarly excellence.

Two lecturers, M.A. Nguyễn Phú Đại and M.A. Nguyễn Thu Huyền, provided hands-on guidance throughout the research journey — from the initial orientation phase to the finalization of well-structured, methodologically sound research papers.

The students’ success at ISSF 2025 is a testament to Vietnam Aviation Academy’s commitment to building a modern academic environment that centers on student development and fosters comprehensive skills in language proficiency, critical thinking, and global integration.
